A detailed preliminary program for the SC1/KO event was established, and work packages were updated to align with the results of the TJ2409-TJ2412 project. These revisions will effectively facilitate the contracting of relevant organizations and individuals.

During the above events, a successful official meeting between Key EU experts, who are also members of the ISTC SAC, and the President of the Tajikistan National Academy of Sciences took place.

This included impressive visits to several institutes of the Academy, such as the Institute of Geology, Earthquake Engineering and Seismology, the SSA CBRN's Regional Training and the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology. The events clearly demonstrated the strong commitment of all parties to cooperation and development.

The WRHM2CA project plays a vital role in addressing climate change impacts across Central Asia by enhancing regional water monitoring systems and expanding laboratory capacities focused on uranium legacy sites in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan.

Through a network of precise, cost-effective, and compatible sensors and lab equipment tailored to each country, it creates a robust data system ready to aid in environmental crises.

Seamlessly integrated into national Environmental Security frameworks, this initiative empowers better collaboration and deeper insight into protecting natural resources and critical infrastructure from the evolving challenges of climate change.
