Overall objective
The overall objective is to contribute to increased resilience in the Partner Countries in particular to earthquakes and health emergencies.
Specific objective

To enhance institutional and legal framework and capacities of the IPA III relevant beneficiaries on disaster risk reduction related to earthquakes and health emergencies in particular

To increase prevention, preparedness and response capability of the IPA III relevant beneficiaries at regional, cross-border and local levels in relation in particular to earthquakes and health emergencies

To increase IPA III beneficiaries participation in and cooperation with the UCPM including regional cross-border cooperation
